KLM to Run Additional Flights to Japan this Spring

From 1st April to 25th October 2019, KLM will be running additional flights from its Amsterdam Schiphol hub to both Tokyo's Narita Airport (NRT) and Kansai International Airport (KIX) just outside of Osaka, thereby taking its total number of weekly flights to 17. KLM is already one of the leading non-Japanese airlines to champion travel to the Land of Rising Sun and looks set to maintain that status with this summer season's additional flights.

KLM already operates 7 flights per week between Amsterdam and Tokyo but from 1st April this will increase to a total of 10: the daily service from Amsterdam will stay the same whilst the number of inbound flights (KL864) increase to 3, with one each on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays. A daily service will now set off from Osaka to Amsterdam (KL868) meanwhile.
