It is with great pleasure that we at the Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO) announce that the Meet Japan hosted buyer programme for international association convention decision makers will again be taking place from February 23 - March 1, 2012.
If you are planning to hold an international convention, conference or other meeting in Japan in the near future, or are interested in looking into the possibility of doing so, then these are dates to save. The Meet Japan programme offers the opportunity to visit some of Japan's regional cities, and learn about their excellent faclities, access and culture first-hand. It will also give you the opportunity to meet with any of your organization's Japanese counterparts and discuss plans for meeting in Japan in the future.
Applications to participate are due by December 22, 2011, but if you are interested in joining us on this exciting trip, please do return your application as soon as possible. In previous years, spots have filled up quickly.
The itinerary for the trip is:
Feb 23 (Thu) Departure from your country
Feb 24 (Fri) Arrival in Japan and transfer to hotel in Tokyo
Feb 25-Feb 28 (Sat-Tue) Inspection Tours visiting regional International Convention Cities.
Feb 29 (Wed) Japan Convention Trade Mart (Consultations with cities) and Farewell Reception
Mar 1 (Thu) Departure from Japan
